HOW TO USE

1. Mix 1 scoop with 240 ml of water or other fluid.

2. Stir vigorously until totally dissolved and drink immediately within 2 minutes.

3. Consume approximately 30 minutes before mealtime 3 times daily. The beneficial effect of this product is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of glucomannan in three doses of 1 g each, together with 1-2 glasses of water, before meals and in the context of an energy restricted diet.

4. Do not take immediately before going to bed.

5. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake of 3 scoops (10.29 g)
